Coming April 24th is Fixed Fight 4.. We can’t wait..

The Spring Roll is a celebration of bicycles, the coming of springtime and delicious Asian food.
Meet at The Wall in Oakland (University of Pittsburgh campus, across from The Dirty O) on Saturday, March 20th, 2010 at 5pm. Bring $10, a bag and your bike. Racers will get an event t-shirt (while supplies last).
The afterparty will be hosted at Bike-PGH’s new headquarters in Lawrenceville—3410 Penn Ave. Prizes will be supplied by Duro, PEONFX and Iron City Bikes.  For more info click here.

Over the weekend, Cream City Skatepark in Milwaukee hosted the biggest fixed gear freestyle comp in the US to date. Enjoy the video…

“The time has come for Shanghai to rise up and host an Alleycat Race . . And that time is NOW ! People’s Bike is proud to present the 1st ever Shanghai Alleycat Race !!

As with any race, the Shanghai Alleycat wants to promote a fun and competitive opportunity for cyclists throughout China and neighboring countries to come together.  Previous Alleycat races have had a strong fixed gear presence, but the Shanghai Alleycat Race will break those barriers and invite anyone with a bike and an interest to join the race.”
